Pink heart charm, Austrian crystal earring, last call

This earring has a large gold tone circle with an acrylic pink swirl heart charm and toggle feature.  It has an 8mm AB Austrian crystal drop in a setting custom made for Pink Panache in the USA.  Approximately 2.5 inches in length.
