Refund policy
We, at Pink Panache Brands, stand behind our products. If you find there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 5 days of receipt and we will gladly repair or exchange the identical item, if available.
**All product sales are final and non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged. Repairs or exchanges should be approved through Pink Panache corporate office prior to the return. Please email customerservice@pinkpanachebrands.com including a picture of the item.
- We offer forever $4 shipping for orders. All standard orders are shipped with USPS. Options for upgraded shipping will be available at checkout.
- Shipping is $20 USD to Canada.
- Shipping TBD for international orders outside of Canada.
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 Business Days.
- Orders placed after 2pm CST will be shipped the NEXT business day.
- Pink Panache does not currently offer refunds. We do, however, accept returns for store credit or exchange for the same or comparable item should the item arrive damaged.
- Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 5 days of receiving your product if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- If you contact us after 5 days of receiving the item we will not authorize an exchange or credit.
- In order to receive a return authorization, please submit your request to customerservice@pinkpanachebrands.com. We will need a photo of the item showing the issue or concern.
- The product must be unworn with tags intact.

Treat your jewelry with love and respect. Remember that body oils, soap & water, lotions, hairspray, etc. can all cause the metal, beads and crystals to dull or change color.
