Refund policy

We, at Pink Panache Brands, stand behind our products. If you find there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 5 days of receipt and we will gladly repair or exchange the identical item, if available. 

**All product sales are final and non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged. Repairs or exchanges should be approved through Pink Panache corporate office prior to the return. Please email customerservice@pinkpanachebrands.com including a picture of the item.

  • We offer forever $4 shipping for orders. All standard orders are shipped with USPS. Options for upgraded shipping will be available at checkout.
  • Shipping is $20 USD to Canada.
  • Shipping TBD for international orders outside of Canada.
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 Business Days.
  • Orders placed after 2pm CST will be shipped the NEXT business day.
  • Pink Panache does not currently offer refunds.  We do, however, accept returns for store credit or exchange for the same or comparable item should the item arrive damaged. 
  • Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 5 days of receiving your product if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • If you contact us after 5 days of receiving the item we will not authorize an exchange or credit.
  • In order to receive a return authorization, please submit your request to customerservice@pinkpanachebrands.com.  We will need a photo of the item showing the issue or concern.   
  • The product must be unworn with tags intact.
  • Once the return has been authorized you may send it to 2435 Squire Place, Suite 400, Dallas, TX 75234

Treat your jewelry with love and respect. Remember that body oils, soap & water, lotions, hairspray, etc. can all cause the metal, beads and crystals to dull or change color.
