Orders
You will receive an email once you place an order from Pink Panache. Please make sure you enter all your contact information correctly. If you do not receive an email you may contact us at 972-241-3833.
You may change your shipping address after your order is placed by emailing customerservice@pinkpanachebrands.com. Please provide the original address and where you would like your items shipped.
You may not change your billing address after your order is placed as that is what is connected to your credit card. If you enter the wrong billing address most likely the order will not complete. Please contact us at customerservice@pinkpanachebrands with any order issues.
Shipping & Returns
We ship internationally for a fee. Location will determine shipping costs. Feel free to contact us with questions about shipping at customerservice@pinkpanachebrands.com.
We strive to ship all retail orders within 3 to 5 business days after receipt. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the NEXT business day.
We process all orders within 3 to 5 business days after the order is received. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and time of year. Holiday ship times are often much longer than other times of the year.
- Pink Panache does not currently offer refunds. We will, however, accept returns for items that arrived damaged or faulty for store credit or an exchange for the same or comparable item.
- You may submit your return request to customerservice@pinkpanachebrands.com. We will need a photo of the item showing the issue with it.
- If we determine the product damage was caused by us or shipping we will issue a store credit or exchange for the same or equal item.
- Store credit is good for one (1) year and may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only. Please note the credit cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts. Please note that the store credit is for 1 time use only and must be used in its entirety.
- All returned items must be approved prior to returning. If returned items did not receive prior approval, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer.
- Items purchased using discount codes of 50% off or more are considered sale items and labeled as final sale at time of purchase.
- Once paid, orders may not be cancelled but a store credit can be issued.
Our Products
Pink Panache will offer a store credit in the amount you choose with a code for the recipient to use on our website.
