Shipping

What are your shipping options?

• We offer forever $4 shipping for orders. All standard orders are shipped with USPS. Options for upgraded shipping will be available at checkout.
• Shipping is $20 USD to Canada.
• Shipping TBD for international orders outside of Canada.
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 Business Days.
• Orders placed after 2pm CST will be shipped the NEXT business day.

Returns

What is your return policy?

• Pink Panache does not currently offer refunds.  We do, however, accept returns for store credit or exchange for the same or comparable item should there be a damaged issue with your purchase.  
• Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 5 days of receiving your product if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
• If you contact us after 5 days of receiving the item we will not authorize an exchange or credit.
• In order to receive a return authorization, please submit your request to customerservice@pinkpanachebrands.com.  We will need a photo of the item showing the issue or concern.   
• The product must be unworn with tags intact.
• Once the return has been authorized you may send it to 11363 Denton Drive, Suite 101, Dallas, TX 75229

General

How should I care for my jewelry?

• Treat all your pieces with the love they deserve! Do not wear fashion jewelry in the shower, bath, or when applying hair spray and perfumes. Clean fashion jewelry with a soft cloth. Do not immerse in cleaners or water. If something gets wet, allow it to dry thoroughly before wearing. Not all skin types tolerate fashion jewelry, please take caution.

How long will it toake to receive my order?

• Orders typically take 5-7 business days to process. Ship time varies depending on your location and carrier. Tracking will be provided upon shipping.
