Shipping
We offer forever $4 shipping for orders. All standard orders are shipped with USPS. Options for upgraded shipping will be available at checkout.
Shipping is $20 USD to Canada.
Shipping TBD for international orders outside of Canada.
Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 Business Days.
Orders placed after 2pm CST will be shipped the NEXT business day.
Returns:
Pink Panache does not currently offer refunds. We do, however, accept returns for store credit or exchange for the same or comparable item.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 5 days of receiving your product if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you contact us after 5 days of receiving the item we will not authorize an exchange or credit.
In order to receive a return authorization, please submit your request to customerservice@pinkpanachebrands.com. We will need a photo of the item showing the issue or concern.
The product must be unworn with tags intact.
