Multi-color flower bead, Austrian crystal earring, last call

This earrng has tiny gold tone beads on a circle with white and multi-color flower beads.  It hangs from an 10mm AB (iridescent) Austrian crystal in a setting custom made for Pink Panache in the USA. Approximately 2.25 inches in length.
